Blackpool is gearing up to celebrate its 100th Illuminations from 31 August- 4 November with music, festivities and 10km of spectacular lights display. Those wanting to be a part of the celebrations and witness the momentous switch on can stay at the iconic Blackpool Imperial Hotel, from where the Illuminations can be seen.
