One of Prague's most famous landmarks is the Charles Bridge. Its construction began in the 14th century and is over 500m long. During the day it is home to portrait painters selling their services and various traders selling souvenirs. The bridge is a staggering achievement of engineering and gothic architecture. There is no better place for a romantic walk early in the morning or late at night.
Once you've finished your walk and have built up an appetite I could think of no better place than Restaurante Brasileiro of which there are 2 in the city. Once you turn your coaster to green be prepared for an avalanche of succulent cuts of meat that will be brought to your table and carved from a skewer onto your plate. In total we counted 22 different dishes to taste, with that and the odd glass of wine we had a truly memorable night.
