The Official Chart Company first produced a weekly UK singles chart in 1952 just a few months after Queen Elizabeth acceded to the throne and in this, their own, Diamond Jubilee year, they have produced a definitive list of the top 12 ten million plus singles sellers.  In 5th place we have Michael Jackson, 4th Madonna, 3rd Cliff Richard, 2nd Elvis and in number 1 spot, The Beatles.
