Schools in Tennessee have joined Georgia, Florida, Texas and Louisiana in banning 'sagging' - jail style trousers worn low on the hips. The hip hop fashion has been attributed to prisoners who are not permitted belts to hold up their pants. Many boys around the world have adopted the urban style as a sign of free expression and rebellion against more conventional fashions.
