Tailor Made Travel (0845 456 8001) has just launched its 2012-13 dedicated brochure to New Zealand or Aotearoa in Maori, meaning -- “the land of the long white cloud.”
This year there is a new selection of self-drive itineraries, a wider range of accommodation and many fresh experiences including cycling tours, flying light aircraft, tall-ship sailing and glacier trekking. There are also new escorted tours around the country, as well as rail adventures that take in the Tongariro National Park and a dedicated cruise section featuring the Bay of Islands. As a specialist on New Zealand, it offers one of the most comprehensive collections of holiday options available in the UK market to-date.
“We’ve taken a lot of trouble to listen to everyone for this new brochure, including people on the ground in New Zealand, customers who have been with us to the country and our team of travel experts. The attention to detail for this selection of holidays is second to none,” says Rachel Cooper, General Manager at Tailor Made Travel.Cooper continues: “The New Zealand journeys in this new brochure represent great value for money for consumers. This is especially welcome in this tough economic climate. We’ve also tried to include something for everyone.”
“If you’re looking for wilderness, culture, gourmet experiences or fantastic journeys, there is definitely an option for you here. We also offer very cost-effective city breaks to the country’s major cities -- Auckland and Wellington and a much wider range of hotels now from three to five star and luxury lodges,” explains Cooper.
These options are new for the 2012 – 2013 brochure:
