Based on his sculpture called Twisting Torso, designer Santiago Calatrava went on to design this building called The Turning Torso located in Malmo, Sweden. The structure features a 90 degree twist from the ground floor to the uppermost part of the building which stands at 190m (623 feet) and forms part of the Vastra Hamnen residential waterside development.
