Asanha Bucha Day
On the 15th of July this year each and every Buddhist temple in Thailand will be taking part in Asanha Bucha which is a collection of prayers and candlelit processions to commemorate Buddha's first sermon. The Buddhist monks will also queue for offerings in Sanam Luang field, before they undertake three months of fasting.
