Baseball card collection likely to be worth millions

Clearing out a house is not usually the jolliest of events, but Karl Kissner has uncovered a potential goldmine after emptying his late grandfather's attic in Defiance, Ohio. In a dusty box he came across hundreds of baseball cards dating from the early 1900s. In fact they are from one of the rarest series of cards issued in 1910 and in pristine condition.

Experts have estimated that the entire collection could be worth as much as $3million at auction and the plan is for the entire set to be split between the 20 cousins who are beneficiaries of the estate when the cards are sold at auction in Baltimore in August.
