Les Glorieuses de Bresse
Les Glorieuses de Bresse

Description:

The heralded poultry comes from Ain, one of the greatest gastronomic regions in France. With its leader, Georges Blanc, who ardently defends the most beautiful poultry in the world, benefiting from an AOC (protected designation of origin) since 1936.

Great chefs rub shoulders with the public as they track down the best poultry and place an order. Those which will be awarded prizes by the jury and whose breeders will be given a supplementary plaque to put in the front wall of their farm.
