Libya closes air space

Libya has closed it's airspace according to international air traffic control officials.  This is seen to be in response to yesterday's UN resolution which imposes a ban on all flights in Libyan airspace.  The Resolution was supported by 10 Security Council members, while 5 abstained, and permits ground strikes on Libyan ground troops or Libyan warships if attacking Libyan civilians.  It approves all necessary measures to protect civilians under threat of attack short of an occupying force
