About this inspiration
Ceramicist Grayson Perry has been awarded the Visual Arts prize at the South Bank Sky Arts Awards for curating his British Museum exhibition entitled The Tomb of the Unknown Craftsman. The installation included his own work and objects made by unknown men and women throughout history from the British Museum’s collection.
