Tiago Barros seems to have his head in the clouds when designing new products for him to share with the world. The New York designer has created an incredible, cloud-like balloon that takes travelers for a floating ride around the country.
The project, called passing cloud, is actually one of the greenest forms of transportation yet as it emits no exhaust, produces no waste and uses very little energy to function as it relies on the wind to travel.
The flight route of the cloud is not planned and by agreeing to go on the experience you are agreeing to bob in the air with no schedule or destination in mind as the wind determines both where the cloud goes and how fast.
The idea is that passengers will climb a ladder to reach the structure and then simply sit upon the surface for the entirety of the ride.
