These men are Sadhus. They are Hindu and are considered Holy because they are so committed to serving the Gods.
You can see Sadhus practising yoga and other forms of meditation, which they believe increase their spiritual powers and knowledge.
I just love the guy with the sunglasses, he seems to be trying to be cooler than the other guys.
